When a new client with a vibrant workforce along a busy corridor asked TransAction to help them select custom buses, we enthusiastically agreed. From the fabric on the seats to individual tray tables and overhead storage, our team found exactly what the client was looking for. Not only were the vehicles unique, there was also a complex set of routes and schedules to manage. The service that was designed matched the vision this company had for their riders. 

Client Story - Shared Shuttle Operations

What started as a 14-passenger bus with one committed employer quickly grew to a shared shuttle with four partners, each with a unique vision for how it would work at their location. TransAction developed a service focused on connecting their suburban locations with employees from their target recruitment areas in Boston and Cambridge. A new 40-passenger bus and recently added ticketing platform enables one service to meet the individual needs of each partner while allowing them to share the cost of this valuable amenity.
